Renaissance Recreation
I chose a renaissance artwork and recreate it in black and white, grayscale, and then abstract a portion of the artwork. I chose a close-up of the "Creation of Man" by Michelangelo and used the tips of the fingers to abstract. The grayscale and black and white pieces were done in Illustrator while the abstract piece was done with cut paper. From back to front: actual piece, black and white, grayscale, and abstract.
